If the package was received damaged, refund will be issued if the issue comes from either the supplier (Megaptera fingerboard) or the carrier.
Megaptera decks are handmade. Returns will be accepted if something went wrong during shipping or if the items presents major defects.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
